Since the Security Office is closed during the shut down, you cannot get a new or renewed DBIDS card. You will need to present a real ID (drivers license with a star in the upper right corner). If you don't have a real ID, present an original (not copy) passport, social security card, or birth certificate. You will go to through the Commercial/Visitors gate to the right of the main gate. You should allow an additional 20 to 30 minutes for this review and background check. The official policy is to search every vehicle.
