Welcome to the inaugural race for the Knock Down Ute CUP.

PAYMENT

• All players will pay an initial league fee of $100, which covers the prize pool for the season.

REGULAR SEASON

• Regular Season Format
  • Net Stroke Play
  • USGA Rules Apply
  • Each golfer competes on an individual basis, without any teammates
  • Points will only be accumulated for 18 hole rounds only
  • The regular season will consist of 16 weeks of play between May and August 2021
  • The format is a season-long points race, where each round generates a points total
  • Points will only be accrued on logged 18 hole rounds.
  • Lowest attested round from any given week will contribute to their point total
  • Week starts on a Monday (Monday - Sunday)
• Regular Season Point System
  • 50 points for hole in one
  • 4 points for Eagle (Net or Gross)
  • 2 points for Birdies (Net or Gross)
  • 8 points for 3 Consecutive Birdies (Net or Gross)
  • Scores must be entered using the hole-by-hole in order to receive points. Total scores will not count

PLAYOFFS

• Date
  • Players must announce and log 2 rounds in the month of September that will be counted towards the virtual tournament.
  • Note: Rounds logged but not identified as a "Tournament" round, will not count towards the virtual tournament

  • 1-seed: (3 under)
  • 2-seed: (2 under)
  • 3-seed: (1 under)
  • Seeds 4-10: (par)

HANDICAPS

• The World Handicap System (WHS) will be used for handicapping.
• Players must load 20 rounds prior to the season start to establish a handicap in GLS
• Golf League Site will maintain your current handicap throughout the season
• Enter all rounds into GLS either via hole by hole or total score throughout the season to keep your handicap current

  • $25 for highest points accumulated each week.
