Individual 9-hole parent scoring system, supporting a net stroke play format and a 1-on-1 match play format

Holes

This system is designed for use in 9-hole leagues

Score Type

Standard - Rules of Golf followed on a rated course during its active season

Measured By

Points - The standings for this scoring system are dictated by a points system, where each golfer can earn points in each event based on their performance.

Format

Individual - Each golfer competes on an individual basis, without any teammates.

Scoring Format

Field - Each golfer competes against the entire field in each event

Children Scoring Systems

This is a "parent" scoring system that has the following "children" scoring systems under it

Net Stroke Play

Individual 9-hole net stroke play format where points are awarded based on finishing position. Last place gets 1 point and each subsequent higher finishing position gets 1 point more than the position below it. Ties are automatically broken using the handicap holes.

Net Match Play

Individual 9-hole net match play format, where the match winner is the player who wins more holes.
