Description

Individual 9-hole parent scoring system, supporting matches in the form of net stroke play and net match play. Golfers earn 1 point for win, 0.5 for tie, 0 for loss.

Holes

This system is designed for use in 9-hole leagues

Score Type

Standard - Rules of Golf followed on a rated course during its active season

Measured By

Points - The standings for this scoring system are dictated by a points system, where each golfer can earn points in each event based on their performance.

Format

Individual - Each golfer competes on an individual basis, without any teammates.

Scoring Format

Match - Each golfer competes against another golfer in each event

Children Scoring Systems

This is a "parent" scoring system that has the following "children" scoring systems under it

Net stroke play

Individual 9-hole net stroke play in a head-to-head match, where the winner is awarded 1 point and each player earns 0.5 points if there is a tie.

Net match play

Individual 9-hole net match play format, where the winner is the player who wins the most holes. Winner is awarded 1 point and each player earns 0.5 points if there is a tie.
