Description

Flighted individual 18-hole format where each golfer plays match play against net par. For example, if a player gets 1 stroke on a hole then the following scenarios apply

Par (net birdie) or better wins the hole
Bogey (net par) ties the hole
Double bogey (net bogey) or worse loses the hole

Each player is playing against the rest of the field with regards to how well they perform against net par in their match (e.g. 2 UP > 1 UP > AS > 1 DN > 2 DN... etc)

This system is designed for use in 18-hole leagues

Score Type

Standard - Rules of Golf followed on a rated course during its active season

Measured By

Points - The standings for this scoring system are dictated by a points system, where each golfer can earn points in each event based on their performance.

Format

Flighted - There are two or more divisions into which the field is separated so that golfers only compete against other golfers in their division.

Scoring Format

Field - Each golfer competes against the entire field in each event

This scoring system uses variable divisions, meaning that the quantity and composition of flights/divisions can change with each event
